Shake Agreement Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("SHAKE") is a technology platform that enables independent parties to record, transcribe, timestamp, confirm, securely store and retrieve records of agreements entered into between them.

SHAKE provides the technology used to create and preserve the record. The participating users independently determine who they wish to contract with, what they wish to agree, the terms of that agreement and whether the relevant obligations have subsequently been fulfilled.

SHAKE is never a party to any agreement recorded on the platform and does not influence, direct, recommend or determine the substance, commercial terms or outcome of any agreement between users.

SHAKE has no legal, commercial or financial interest in the underlying agreement, its subject matter or its outcome. SHAKE's remuneration relates solely to the provision of its recording, transcription, confirmation, technology and storage services.

Users may only use SHAKE to record agreements that are lawful and permitted under SHAKE's Terms and Conditions. The availability of the platform to record or store an agreement does not constitute approval, endorsement or participation by SHAKE in the underlying agreement.
